Dear Sister Raquel/Bernie,

I am Edelle, one of the Prayer Warriors. About two years ago I joined the Prayer Warriors and asked for prayers for my mother who was treated with Lymphoma. She had finished treatment and now on better condition. I wanted to thank you and all the Prayer Warriors. I am sending again for another request for my sister. His fiancé was held into questioning by the police in one of the Middle East countries that is currently suffering from chaos. He has been detained for about 10 days now and we don’t have any further news. My sister is in delicate condition due to pregnancy and we worry for both of them. I am asking for your help through prayers that God will keep his fiancé safe and hope that soon he will be released. Thanks a lot Sister Raquel and Bernie.

Thank you very much for the healing of my grandnephew Kyle. He used to be allergic to a lot of things and was breaking out into ugly rashes when he was between 2 to 5 years old Last year, he began to improve and now can drink regular milk, eat chicken (in moderation) and play more actively. God is really great! Thank you very much for your prayers Now I am requesting prayers for my sister Aura also known as Monet. Like myself, she is graduated (primary, secondary and high school) from the Notre Dame school run by RVM Sisters. She was diagnosed last year with Lupus. She is sick physically. From a person who loves to socialize and go out of the house, she is now confined at home as she cannot be exposed to sunlight. This is very stressful for her. I request for her physical, emotional and psychological healing. I also request prayer for myself. I am sick with diabetes and also have hypertension and schemia. Please pray for me to be more disciplined in my diet, to have the strength to carry on with my work. Many thanks and God bless you all

Per result of the ultrasound the fetus is normal but is showing sign of slow heartbeat..Please help us pray that the fetus’ heartbeat will improve and become normal until the time when she will deliver..Thank you very much..

my name is jay, 26 yrs of age, turning 27 next month. few years ago, i applied for a citizenship visa for australia since my family is there already. upon the medical check up i found outi was hiv+ , my dreams crashed together with my families hope for me. i know what I have done is irreversible, and I know im not worthy to be healed, i have been a sinner. and i let it take over me, please pray for my healing. not just for my body but for my soul. im planning to go back to school this semester and take up psychology so i could be an instrument to other people. so i could help other people with needs , and other people whom ive had the same case. please pray for me, that i might be healed physicall and spirituallly, and that I may be change in a way that I can serve him in the purpose he wants me. thank you.

One of our blind beneficiaries, MARVIN D passed away in the early morning (03.00) of 16th of April, 2011. May we request your prayers of strength for his beloved ones? God bless! The father of Marvin died last year, leaving his wife with 5 children. Three of these 5 were born blind (low vision to be exact), just like the father. Marvin died from heart problem, likely same cause as the father’s death.

I have been a subscriber and had the opportunity of reading the prayer requests for healing, as well as the requests granted from various followers all over the world. This time, I am taking this opportunity to make a prayer request. Sister, please pray for the healing of my son Gino who has been afflicted by skin asthma since he started working. It has not manifested when he was still studying. He has gone to several doctors already and was given oral and topical medicines. They will be gone for a while then rashes will come out again causing much discomfort. May I also request for a new found friend whose husband, Arsenio, was diagnosed to have an advanced stage of cancer of the lymph nodes last year. Please give her strength to be able to face this challenge. Pray that she keep her faith and accept things with an open heart. Thank you my dear Sister Raquel. To God be the glory!

Thank you for entrusting your prayer intentions to us. Please know that we are remembering you and your special intentions for the complete physical and spiritual health and well being for you and your prayer intentions at our times of adoration of the Most Holy Eucharist, during daily Masses and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. We have entered the period of Lent, a time of penance and interior renewal to enable us to prepare for Easter. We would be remiss if we did not say a few words to tickle the conscience and bring us closer to God. God wants us to detach ourselves from the things of the earth and return to Him. He wants us to abandon sin and to return to the font of life and joy * Jesus Christ. To turn our hearts toward God, to be converted, means that we must be prepared to use all the means to live out His holy will daily. We end with a quote from St. Therese, Story of a Soul, regarding that difficult word * mortification. “My mortifications consisted of breaking my will, which was always ready to impose itself, to hold back a reply, to do little services without noting them, of not resting my back when I sat down, and so on. It is through the practice of little nothings that I prepared myself to be the bride of Jesus.” May we be united together in prayer during this holy season of Lent as we follow in the footsteps of Jesus on the “via dolorosa”. Thank you very much for the Holy Oil I requested for a neighbor who had cancer. She died before the Holy Oil reached her, nevertheless, I’m so thankful for your dedication in helping the sick be it physical or spiritual. I am now experiencing a spiritual zeal since I joined a spritual retreat and regular Bible class conducted by a non-catholic group( Evangelical Church) because I believe that we are serving one God who loves us all and religion doesn’t matter. It is overwhelming to know and experience Jesus better at a personal level. beyond hearing mass, praying novenas, and Rosary. I can now feel the presence of God in my life and perhaps it is a positive effect in our family, problems seem light even if for others my problems are so difficult to bear. However, there are teachings that I need to ask from you Bro Bernie and I want to be enlightened.

Is it true that there is no Immaculate Conception? since it is not found in the Bible so our ideas of the Virgin Mary is wrong. I’ve read from one source at the internet explaining how the early Romans replaced their gods to our saints and goddess of heaven Iris replaced by our Virgin Mary. Same thing with the image of Jesus because according to them we have to worship God in spirit, so the images that we have in our churches are not the real images of our Lord Jesus. Our customs of caring statues ( like Sto. Niño) is abomination to the Lord, since the first commandment says …you shall not melt any images of creatures be it from heaven, from earth or underearth… please enlighten me on this matter Bro. ABOUT THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION, IT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN TO YOU THAT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, OVER AND ABOVE THE BIBLE (CATHOLICS DO NOT DEPEND ON THE BIBLE 100% FOR THEIR BELIEFS), HAS DECREED THE AUNTHENTICITY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION. SINCE YOU ARE NOT A CATHOLIC, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BELIEVE. BUT I BELIEVE. I would like to pray for overcoming my anger and depression. I’ve had so much anger in my heart since I can remember. I’m angry with the people who have hurt me badly (particularly emotionally). Until now I’m finding it hard to completely forgive me. I also have a history of depression. I try so hard not to be depressed because I attract negative energy and negative spirits. I don’t want to deal with them anymore. I also would like to pray for meeting Mr. Right. I’ve had many failed relationships because I felt my ex boyfriends did not appreciate me much and some of them did not give the respect that I deserved. Since Saturday 16THApril I have been sick with high blood pressure, and I have developed a pain below my right ear, and it is spreading to the rest of my head, and my neck, I also keep getting chest pains. Please place me at the feet of the Almighty all powerful God, and ask Him to take authority over me, and in His Name and by the wounds of Jesus let me be delivered from any dangerous or serious illness.I beg the holy mantle of Mother Mary to protect me from all danger and evil. Please pray for my mom Lolita who has been sickly for several years now. She has heart ailment, high blood pressure, eye problem etc. Right now, what’s bothering her a lot is the pain she has been experiencing. Her whole body is in pain – her head, shoulder, chest etc. . It was minimized through the pain reliever tablets she is taking. My mom used to be very active in doing apostolate works in our parish when she was stronger. She is 74 years old now. She used to visit the sick then in our neighborhood and bring priest to the elderly and the sick; promoting the devotion to our Blessed Virgin Mary esp to the kids in our community by bringing them church and teach them how to pray the rosary and go to confession; and many others. Our family always pray for her and also her co-members of the Third Order Carmelites. I know God will heal her. We have strong faith in Him. If many will pray for mom, the sooner she will get healed so she can continue doing her apostolate works. Praise God. Thank you.

A few days ago I put out a prayer request for Ferry W a Dutchman trapped in Libya.The very next day, he was able to escape by car to Cairo Egypt. This trip took many hours as he was near Tripoli. There were many instances where he could have been killed on this dangerous trip, but because of all your prayers he made it! He flew out of Cairo last night and is back today with his wife. There were two others, one died due to lack of medicine and the other one is still in Libya as far as I know. Please keep them in prayer. Thanks to all of you for storming heaven, the angels, and the mercy of Jesus he made it! Please pray now that he has a conversion!

A pleasant day to you. I would like to ask help from you in praying for my father, Edwin. He was diagnosed before with vertigo. Just last night, while he was trying to tie our dog, he felt that our house was coming/falling onto him. We thank God that he was able to hold on to a monobloc chair and not banged his head on the stoned wall and on the metal. He only suffered minor wound on his nose bridge which we think was caused by his eyeglasses’ nosepad when he slammed his face on the monobloc chair. We are planning to bring my father to a doctor for a check-up and we’re praying that the results of the examinations would be normal and that nothing serious would be found on the examinations that would be conducted on him. Please do help us pray. Please include us in your prayers that we could find cure on my father’s vertigo and that he will be healed without undergoing surgeries or any risky procedure. She needs to undergo surgery to help her heart function as close to normal, but will not completely correct the defect. Please pray for her. She listens to music which feeds these bad impulses and watches a lot of crime shows. She is a young mother who has found herself not going anywhere in life. My daughter Claire just called me about a Filipino Catholic woman Claire cared for today at Saint Vincent’s Hospital. The woman’s name is Lenny. Her husband converted to Catholicism in the last year. Lenny had a baby less than a year ago by C-section and became pregnant again right away. The pregnancy was not healthy. The placenta grew abnormally outside of the womb through the C-section incision. It is growing into her other vital organs, her bladder, bowel and other places so that all the organ’s blood vessels are tangled up with the placenta. Doctors told her she had to have an abortion or she would die. She refused. They did an MRI at 22 weeks and cared for her as best they could. Now she is bleeding. They will do another MRI on Friday and operate to do some surgery Monday to try and save her life and deliver the baby which is mature enough to live if they can get the baby out without harm. Claire has been delivering babies for about 14 years and has never seen anything remotely like this, or any surgery ever so complicated. None of the physicians have either. The best medical team in Portland will be there Monday. There will be a specialist for every organ involved in the operating room to try to help untangle the blood vessels. Claire said Lenny could bleed out in six minutes if they make a mistake. . Lenny has been in the hospital for three months. Today the two women shared their faith and prayed. Lenny was crying and said she just wants to live to care for her babies. Her husband is terrified. Please keep this courageous faithful woman and her family in your prayers. She said she would like to be on prayer lists, so please also forward this message.

My husband and I were married for 22 years already and we have four children. Nagkaroon po kami ng mga problema na hindi namin naayos hanggang lumaki na at umabot madalas na pag-aaway. My husband left our house last January 21, 2011 and now he is staying at his mother’s house just close to ours at the same compound. Maraming naging pagbabago sa aming pagsasama, naging cold siya, unaffectionate, at hindi na niya binibigyang halaga ang mga ginagawa kong effort for the family. Dahil sa galit ko ay nagkakaroon kami ng arguments at may mga nasasabi ako at nagagawa na ngayon ay ikinagagalit niya sa akin. Umabot na din sa puntong sinasabi niyang natatakot siya sa akin dahil nagkaroon na daw siya ng trauma. HIndi ko po kasi napipigilan ang sarili ko na magsalita dahil sa sobrang sama ng loob. Please pray for the recovery and healing of Vilma, a 37 year old mother with 2 sons, 8 and 2 years old, respectively. Vilma is suffering from thyroid cancer which is now in stage 3 going to stage 4. Both of her thyroid glands were removed in February 2010 and she is undergoing radiation therapy. Her physical source of life basically depends on medicines. Yet we truly know that her life extension is from God who in His infinite mercy grants her a little more time to live and to repent and prepare for the next life. She has been given 5 more years to live and 1 year has already passed, which means she still has 4 more years here on earth. As of now Vilma also continues to live through prayers, masses, and charity. May God grant her recovery and healing if it be for the good her soul and for the greater glory of God. Please pray also for the eternal repose of the soul of Erlinda who was Vilma’s sister who died in a vehicular accident on May 2000. Thank you and God bless you.

We request your urgent prayers for my Uncle Walter who is dying in hospital at this moment. He was baptized a Catholic as an infant, but my grandparents converted to Buddhism when he was very small. So he grew up never knowing Jesus, My dad who is younger to him became a Catholic when he married my mum. My dad and his parents, and two sisters passed away earlier on and before their death, we managed to surrender their souls into the hands of Mother Mary, and the mercy of God. As a result of my father’s family turning away from God, the whole family were under a generation curse. Uncle Walter’s daughters have been strong Buddhist and kind of anti Catholic. He is the last living member of his family, and now he is very serious with kidney failure in the intensive care unit, and no visitors allowed. The mercy of God is so great that his daughter called me up and said “ you are free to go and pray for him, or if you want you may take a priest and get him blest.” This alone is a miracle. I had two priest who were able to anoint him with the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick. He is struggling with a lot of evil attack, restless and semi conscious as no one is beside him in prayer, Please surrender him to the authority of Jesus Christ king of kings, and Lord of Lords, who in His great mercy visited him through his anointed priest. That Mother Mary and St. Joseph may lead him together with St. Michael and the saints and angels, into the light of God’s holy presence, And before he leaves this world, God’s mighty power will deliver and restore our next generation into the hands of God, and deliver us from the powers of the evil, and set our family free from the generation curse, which we have suffered from. I just gave birth to my first child at 37 years old last November 21, 2010 and I really THANK GOD for that great blessing after a month I experienced many illness like having pneumonia and my last Xray said I was healed but everytime i sweat and feel cold, i still cough. 3 weeks ago I had a terrible cough, sore throat and colds. For several mornings I notice that there’s a speck of blood on my sputum, so I went to the doctor for a checkup. I was given an xray request after that I wasn’t too happy with the result. It says that I have ‘suspicious densities in the upper left lobe of my lungs’ and was asked to undergo another xray with ‘apicolardic view.’ I remembered that I had Sister Raquel’s healing oil, every night I would rub the oil on my chest before sleeping while invoking Jesus, Mary and Joseph. I had my 2nd Xray and thanks be to God the findings is ‘no significant findings’ which means that I have normal lungs! Now I have some digestive problems but I don’t worry anymore because God is good all the time and all the time God is good! i am erna and i would like to ask your help in praying for my healing and my bro-tony. i have a thyroid problem and mine is called THYROID EYE DISEASE OR GRAVES DISEASE. i suffered tremendously because of my disfigurement. this is a disease which affects the eye or eyes but in my case my right eye is the one affected. my right eye protruded and it has involuntary tearing and when it does its painful aside from the many and difficult symptoms to deal with. this usually happens most of the time esp. when i’m stressed out. i underwent RAI therapy and now my thyroid has reversed from hyper to hypo. because of that, i’m taking a lot of medicines to cure my metabolic syndrome & obesity, non-alcoholic fatty liver, autoimmune thyroiditis w/ opthalmopathy, insulin resistance syndrome and endocrine hypertension st.2. all these are the result of the RAI. i’ve been under medication since 2005 but it seems i’m still at it until now… please pray for me sister and my brother tony because he too has hypothyroidism and has recurring bronchitis. we need your prayers please,please, please!!! thank you very much sister. may God bless you with wisdom and good health. thank you— love-
